Obtain approval

Before you start looking for your dream home, it’s a good idea to get pre-approval for a home loan. When the right one comes along, it puts you in a prime position to snap it up.

Make an offer

After you’ve found the house you want, you’ll be ready to make an offer. Engage the real estate agent early and let them know you’re interested so you have the opportunity to submit your offer.
